Safety Control Programming
As part of the engineering phase, Safe-T-Sense will program the safety control (relay, programmable relay, or PLC) for the safety solutions to ensure that the safety inputs and outputs use the correct functional blocks per ISO 13849-1 and operate to the reliability required by the risk assessment.

Bill of Materials

User Manual
A user manual is provided to document the new sequence of events that the operator needs to follow to operate and maintain the machine with the new risk reduction measures in place.

The final element of the engineering package is the validation plan – a checklist of the analysis and testing that needs to be performed to ensure proper compliance, reliability, and functionality of the engineered solutions. .
